Fast and easy to prepare Organic Recipes are now in the limelight and enjoying a huge demand from health-driven individuals. The Quick Flank Steak Pepper will use up only 20 minutes of your time but will taste so great people who will taste it will think you have taken hours to cook it.
1. Heat broiler and cover its pan with foil.
2. Mix together one sliced red onion, one red and one green bell peppers with both having seeds and ribs removed, four quarter cut fingerling potatoes, two tablespoons olive oil, and one tablespoon of minced rosemary. Then place the mixture on the broiler pan.
3. Rub each side of the one and a half pounds of flank steak with one tablespoon of organic beef rub. Drizzle the steak with a teaspoon of olive oil and season with sea salt or ground pepper to taste. Place next to the potato mixture.
4. Begin broiling. Keep tossing the potato mixture after every five minutes. Stop after 15 minutes or when the steak reaches a temperature of 135 degrees. Then remove both the steak and the mixture from the broiler and cover them with foil for five minutes. Slice the steak to desired sizes and serve together with the mixture.

There are countless Organic Recipes having black beans as one of the main ingredient because black beans contain high amounts of fiber that aid digestion and stabilize blood sugar as well as phytochemicals that break down cholesterol. The succeeding recipe is called Black Bean with Ham Soup.
1. Place a stock pot over medium heat and put in it two tablespoons of virgin olive oil and let the oil heat up for two minutes. Then put in two small thinly sliced carrots, two talks of chopped celery, one chopped onion, four cloves of minced garlic, and a quarter cup of chopped cilantro. Sauté until the ingredients become soft enough.
2. Rinse thirty ounces of black beans and place them on a separate bowl.
3. Put in two teaspoons of sweet and spicy curry powder, one teaspoon ground coriander, and an eight teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the stock pot with vegetables then sauté. Add the beans together with three cups or vegetable stock. Wait till the mixture boils and then reduce the heat to medium low. Wait 20 minutes and then simmer.
4. Filter out half of the beans and blender them for 30 seconds. Then pour the resulting soup to the stock pot and sauté. Then add one and a half cups of diced ham and simmer for ten minutes. Proceed to add one cup of corn kernels and two tablespoons of lemon juice.

One of these recipes is the Beef with Snow Peas which can translate into a whole meal if you serve it together with rice. It is also one of the favorite beef recipes. You can use either fresh or frozen snow peas thought the former is preferred because the fresher always tastes better.

Beef with Snow Peas
- Create a mixture consisting or three tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and half a teaspoon of cornstarch.
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan with the heat set to medium high. Sauté minced ginger root and minced garlic both one tablespoon each for 30 seconds. Cut one pound of beef round steak into strips then add it to the frying pan. Sauté for two minutes. Then put in eight ounces of snow peas, half white onion, one small green bell pepper and one carrot all cut into strips and sauté for three more minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture on the frying pan and sauté until boiling.
- Reduce the heat and simmer until sauce reaches desired appearance.
- Serve as soon as possible.
