Fast and easy to prepare Organic Recipes are now in the limelight and enjoying a huge demand from health-driven individuals. The Quick Flank Steak Pepper will use up only 20 minutes of your time but will taste so great people who will taste it will think you have taken hours to cook it.
1. Heat broiler and cover its pan with foil.
2. Mix together one sliced red onion, one red and one green bell peppers with both having seeds and ribs removed, four quarter cut fingerling potatoes, two tablespoons olive oil, and one tablespoon of minced rosemary. Then place the mixture on the broiler pan.
3. Rub each side of the one and a half pounds of flank steak with one tablespoon of organic beef rub. Drizzle the steak with a teaspoon of olive oil and season with sea salt or ground pepper to taste. Place next to the potato mixture.
4. Begin broiling. Keep tossing the potato mixture after every five minutes. Stop after 15 minutes or when the steak reaches a temperature of 135 degrees. Then remove both the steak and the mixture from the broiler and cover them with foil for five minutes. Slice the steak to desired sizes and serve together with the mixture.
